We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📩 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email our Customer Support team at studioslmoure@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged item (if applicable)

📦 Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
  • Include all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation

💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

ℹ️ Important Information

  • The 15-day return period begins from the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct before placing an order.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

📬 Return to Sender & Refused Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the parcel

A refund will be issued minus a AUD $20 return-to-sender fee per shipment.
